14. Nature of Partnership

Haritha Eco Partners are appointed as Marketing Representatives / Marketing Partners for their designated geographical areas.

They are not appointed as sales employees or direct sales agents of Haritha Eco Products Private Limited.

The rights, responsibilities and applicable conditions of each partnership will be governed by the relevant partnership documentation or agreement.

15. Security Deposit

Where applicable, the security deposit for a partnership program will be as specified in the applicable partnership terms.

Any refund, adjustment or other treatment of the security deposit will be subject to the applicable partnership agreement and conditions.
